We had a wonderful experience at Ruth's Chris - Hartford tonight. Our server Steph was fabulous, she was attentive, professional, friendly, and competent which added to our overall satisfaction with the evening. The meal was delicious, well-prepared, it was on the pricier side, but worth it as the food, drink, and ambiance were exceptional (if they have the banana cream pie ORDER IT - delicious!! We will definitely visit again in the near future.

As usual delicious steaks, sides and salads. Very busy Saturday night; they really need a place for customers to wait. It seemed to us that their steaks used to be tastier. Still the best place for reliably good food and service.

Our server was amazing! The food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. The wine suggestion was great and the dessert was a perfect ending!

I had an amazing experience taking my uncle out for his birthday. This is a very high-end steakhouse that I would recommend to anyone that loves steaks. We also ordered a seafood tower, which was amazing. The pricing is very fair and you get what you pay for one of the most unique dishes that came out was the steak we like how it was presented, and we were able to cook our steak to our liking by using the hot plate which gets heated up to 500°. I will definitely come back here for another round with my family. The service was fabulous. I believe our waitress's name was Trisha. She was very kind and had a lot of experience with wine with the cuts of meat along with a background on every single dish. She went out of her way every time we asked a question and I couldn’t be any happier with her service.

Food was delicious and our server was excellent. checked up on us and made sure we felt comfortable, checked the food , made sure we had enough water for the table. it was a great experience for my daughter’s 5th birthday especially she lovesssss steak. thank you so much to our server Asmira and Ruth Chris !!
