Server, Tina, is great at what she does. She sort of screwed up our payment, but her table side service was superior. The steaks were saltier than usual, yet we were famished, so we ate them…they were still flavorful.

I came to Ruth's Chris steak house for my very first time. I was expecting the absolute best steak ever and boy was I disappointed!! This steak was cooked the way I asked for it, medium rare, however it was the most unappetizing steak I've ever seen!! It had no char to it whatsoever! It looked like a pale piece of meat that had been boiled or baked instead of grilled over a fire pit with a nice char! It was drenched in butter so much that it was overwhelming with the buttery taste and bland piece of meat! Probably the worst steak I have ever eaten! The garlic potatoes were good and the lobster bisque was also very good! No complaints about the service or the side dishes...Just a very bland ordinary steak with no grilled flavor and way to much butter! It like it was cooked Sous Vide, but didn't get on the grill to give it a nice char and appearance to it! Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this $100 ribeye steak! To be very honest...the grilled steaks at Texas Roadhouse are 10 times better and more flavorful than this bland steak! I am being brutally honest though with this review! Everything else was fine!

Had the sea food tower. Not that great. The crab legs were a little tough. The shrimp was good.

Celebrated brother’s 60th birthday. Food and services was great. Manager took group picture for us which was much appreciated. Our server Brock did a great job.

Very expensive for what it is,at best it’s a 2 star resturaunt. The offerings are ok if you can afford them. The food is normal fare. The wait staff is normal. I get as good of service at a hell of a lot lower price. If you have been here you know what I mean .if you haven’t pick a lower cost venue!
