    Steak was ordered medium and served well done. Should have sent it back but didn’t want to have cold sides and wait. Third time at this particular RC and steaks were cooked wrong all three times. What made this worse was it was the porterhouse for two, which was already cut. So they knew it was cooked wrong and sent it out anyway. We won’t return to this one.

    As always, food was excellent. I'm not sure I received my Open Table points since I didn't get a confirmation email specifying points. Service was terrific. Love Ruth's Chris!

    Celebrated a birthday and multiple people offered her a “Happy Birthday”. Steaks were awesome as usual. We had a few louder tables around us, so not quite the intimate dinner we had hoped for. This is always one of favorites, so will definitely be back again.

    Ruth Chris' has long been a favorite of ours for special occasions, but the last few times have been disappointing, especially our last visit. It appears to me that since the Covid-19 pandemic first hit the service at the restaurant has really suffered. This is understandable during the pandemic, and even for a short while following as staffing and other issues suffered. However, this restaurant seems to never have fully recovered. For example, last night we went for my wife's B-day. We both ordered steak, mine med-rare, hers med-well. Med-well is generally not recommended for beef, but that's the way my wife likes it. Anyway, my steak was fine but her first steak came out fully-cooked (well-done) and burned on the top. We told the waitress that it wasn't as ordered, and she did get us another steak. Unfortunately, the second time around was no better. This time they did butterfly the steak so it would take so long to cook, and it wasn't as burned, but it was still over done. They did give me a free dessert for our trouble, but given the fact that the steaks are over $50 each, they really should have done more. Quite frankly, as a premier steak house, they should know how to cook a steak right the first time. Also, other little things are not what they used to be, for example, they use to clean your table (hand sweep-off) after the main course before bringing dessert. That didn't happen, and hasn't happened in a while. Again, for you one pays to eat here, they really need to offer first rate service and it simply isn't anymore. Such a shame.

    Overall- great experience as it’s our 4th time dining there with the specific group of people we went with. Service was 10/10- also would like to make the point that 1/2 of our group was probably about 5 mins behind, but they didn’t make us wait to be seated, which is a plus in my eyes as I hate when restaurants make you wait up front when you k know the rest of your party is only 4-5 mins out. Food was consistently great. Everyone was happy with quality of the steaks, however, the chef under cooked and over cooked (by a small amount) server and kitchen made it right for us though with no issue.

    Service and quality of food and drinks was very good. Server Bryan was top notch. Very attentive but only as much as needed to provide good service. Thursday night dining wasn’t too busy. Entire staff made our anniversary dinner extra special.

    Look, who doesn't like the home of the butter steak, Ruth's Chris? That said, when the prices have gotten to the level they are at now, the restaurant has to bear the responsibility of delivering to those prices. I guess it was happy hour - lots of folks in the bar area, unfortunately nearby to where we were seated. There was something missing, just a blandish taste to the crab stuffed mushrooms starter. The side dish brussel sprouts were clearly under. The steak was good. The service was fabulous. It was a good meal...it was not a great meal. I expect a great meal for those prices.
