I’ve been to a lot of Ruth Chris in my day but this one is definitely near the top now. Outstanding service, ambience, and of course the food is always on point! Would highly recommend this place to family’s in the area and especially couples celebrating something special in their lives.

Amazing food and the service was outstanding! Loved it. I would note that even though they have a business casual dress policy, saw people in shorts and other "too casual" clothing. Can't these folks put on long pants for a nice dining experience?

It was our anniversary and they made everything so special from flower petals on our table, the card everyone signed, and the dessert, they really made our evening wonderful.

I dine at this restaurant everytime I visit Grand Rapids and the food is always excellent but this time the lamb chops were extremely fatty, more fat than meat and it also seemed like the bowl of lobster bisque was much less soup than usual. The staff is great but we were very surprised at the food quality especially since we were celebrating a birthday

We went to celebrate our 56th Anniversary. The food and service were outstanding. However this restaurant is way too noisy! The tables are too close together. The table next to us was down right loud. Darn...we wanted a nice quiet dinner and it didn't happen.

The service was okay. Ambience was okay. Our chairs sat very low to the table and several people were under-dressed. Our table was not ready at our reservation time. We were taking our son-in-law out to celebrate getting his Master’s degree - the celebratory dessert came out AFTER we had ordered desserts.

We ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, Blackened Salmon and Shrimp with the loaded baked potato. We shared the two meals between three adults and there was plenty of food. The meal was delicious and the service by Jenika and Ian was excellent. For dessert we enjoyed crème brûlée which was served with fruit. That was an excellent choice to end the perfect meal!
