The food was great and Brian, our server was the best server I have ever had and made dinner a true experience- the staff treated us as though we were the most important people in the restaurant

We visited on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was full. Despite a reservation we had a 10 min wait. We were sat at a table by the door which turned out to be rather disappointing with all the foot traffic in and out of the entry door and from the private dining rooms in use. Initial wait service was prompt. The waiter explained the menu and took our drink orders. We both enjoyed a cocktail served promptly from the bar. Salads were prompt and delicious. My wife raved about the Caesar. I enjoyed the lettuce wedge. At this point the wait service slowed. Empty plates remained at the table too long. When the entrees did arrive we were disappointed to find my wife's 8oz petite filet was overcooked. She ordered medium and there was no sign of pink. My larger 11oz filet was slightly undercooked. Also ordered medium there was plenty of pink and looked more medium rare based on the restaurant's scale. Both steaks lacked flavor. Brussels were tasty as was the sweet potato casserole although the portion of sweet potatoes was disappointingly small, barely enough for the portion to be considered shareable. Service to clear the table was slow. Given the experience we opted to skip dessert. Overall not a good value for the money.

Cayden (and his helper, Jake) did awesome. We found out afterwards that we were Cayden's first table and honestly would've never guessed it. Definitely deserves to be a member of Team Ruth's Chris! Food was tasty as it always is. The Blackberry Sidecar was "chefs kiss".
