Everything was great. It was just really really cold. Not sure if they keep the temperature low because the plates are hot but outside of that everything else was great. The service was great and the food was amazing. My husband really love the blue cheese crust topper on his ribeye.

We don’t often spend this amount of money when dining out. But this was a special occasion, so we splurged. I told everyone in our party that Ruth’s Chris had a dress code to uphold (business casual) at the bare minimum. We all dressed for the occasion. I was very disappointed when I saw many diners wearing jeans, shorts, t-shirts and worse. The food and service was excellent! Making sure that the dress code was upheld, not so much. I blame this on the management.

Wonderful experience overall from service to our delicious dinner. We had gotten into hotel a lot later than we expected to and were so relieved and happy they were not only open but had tables available. Our server Autumn was so welcoming, genuinely nice and attentive along with the other staff that night. Our food was delicious too!

Butchers Union has nothing on you folks ! Ruth's Chris is the best ! Filet's you can cut with a fork cooked perfectly !....Great Staff too !

We enjoyed several appetizers' and cocktails before show. Returned for cocktails and steak sandwich after show. We ate are bar both times, service was great food and drinks excellent. Very coinvent location within Amway Grand Hotel.

Our table was too large for a party of 4. The food took over 45 minutes to arrive. I ordered my filet medium and it came very well done. Disappointing!
