    Reservations at 7pm, confirmed earlier in the day; 7:10pm, still not seated and waiting. Asked for place with no cool vents blowing; seated with cool air, then had to move. Wife’s med-well petite steak came out very well done and hard, had to send back. They made it right and then some. Extra side plus single dessert, with many apologies. David Server was pretty good. Asparagus was cold, creamed spinach was not as good as it usually is.

    I don't understand why the waitstaff has to bump into your chair. Stop trying to squeeze between tables and what is worse that they don't even apologize for doing it. I suffer from bad back issues, so when someone knocks into me it hurts.

    Ruth's is always so delicious! So many things to choose from. We went for our traditional 'Anniversary Dinner' and Ruth's went all out to make it special. A card from the staff, anniversary confetti on the table, and a special dessert. Our server was professional and friendly. Ruth's is great for happy hour, weekday dinner, or a special occation!

    Ruth's Chris is a go to for any celebratory dinner. My husband loves the filet {and the Seafood Tower} so it was a no-brainer for Father's Day. We were seated to the left in the bar area and it was nice and quiet. For appetizers we had the Spicy Shrimp, Ahi Tuna and, of course, the Seafood Tower. All were spectacular. For dinner we had filets as well as the Cowboy Ribeye with a few sides {Creamed Spinach, Au Gratin Potatoes and French Fries}. Again, everything was super tasty. Everything came out cooked exactly as requested. I highly recommend Ruth's Chris!

    I had never been, but it heard great things. I was surprised at how outdated and in need of maintenance. The facility was. The service was exceptional, but honestly, the food was just all right. It was definitely not worth the money.

    First time going to the Gaithersburg location. We were place near a large party that was loud. Otherwise the food was good and service was great.

    Overall, we had a very good experience and the food was definitely above average. Excellent service. Booth benches were uncomfortable and a little too dark inside. We haven’t been there in a while and the food and drinks were a lot more expensive than previously. Nice place for a special occasion.

    We had a great anniversary dinner at Ruth Chris in Gaithersburg. Our server, David, was superb! The food, service, and ambiance made for a wonderful evening.

    The exterior does not belie the beautiful elegance of the interior. The service was outstanding. Personally, I felt the price was a little too steep for the dinner we greatly enjoyed.
