    the hostess who greeted us an sat us was wonderful, great way to begin the evening and dinner. our waiter David was awesome, and all the wait help was excellent. Great evening and food.

    The best part of the dinner was the server hands down. He was very attentive, funny, and prompt. We eat here pretty frequently and the food is usually fantastic. This time the fish was amazing but the steaks were a little fatty and not very tender. Will still return and hoping it was just a bad night of steaks.

    30 minute wait with reservations. Horrible table and party of 12 in front of us howling laughing the whole time. Food was good but not for the money spent.

    Great service by all, very professional, attentive, and welcoming. Lobster Mac n cheese was very good. The asparagus was cooked perfectly, not soggy at all. Sweet potato casserole a bit too sweet but we still enjoyed it. Mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful. The ribeye tomahawk was served nicely cut for us and was very tender and delicious. We had no room for dessert, but will try it next time!

    I can full heartedly say that they have truly made my husbands birthday very special, I absolutely adore how each and everyone of their staff greeted him on his very special day. Their service here is top notch, and the timing of EVERYTHING was spot on from seating us down to our tables to serving us drinks and our food. We didn’t know what to expect since we’ve never dined at Ruth Chris before, but I can say that they’ve just earned themselves a few regulars because we will certainly be back for more. If you’re wondering where to celebrate your anniversary and even a birthday dinner or graduation, THIS is the best place. It isn’t very loud here, it’s very mellow and dangerously relaxing — you can hear the steak sizzling MORE than others talking. 10/10, special thanks to those who worked tonight — EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU WERE AMAZING!!!!!

    Ive dined at Ruth’s Chris about 10 times, mostly at the Waikiki location. The service at this location, restaurant row, is slow and lacking for a fine dining establishment. The managers/staff are also unaware of their concierge discount for the hospitality industry. I was advised by our server that I’m mistaken - it’s Morton’s that participates in this promotion, not Ruth’s Chris. Food was decent, but I’d rather dine at the Waikiki location for adequate service. We were also only provided mardi gras beads for my friend’s birthday and not offered a complimentary strawberry flambé as per usual.

    Can't go wrong with the porterhouse for two! Hefty portion size with enough to take home for another meal! Service by Sean and team was very attentive without being hovering. Ruth's Chris has become our go-to restaurant for any special occasion. Convenient location and ample parking are definitely a plus. Of course, you can't beat those hot plates sizzling with butter!
