We went on Thanksgiving and while I knew it would be busy, I had a reservation for 3:30 got seated at 3:50. We did not leave till 5:45😳 We had steaks, lobster bisque, calimari and lobster Mac, fries and Potato Augratin. The food was not as hot as normally was, I asked for a med steak and it came well, lobster Mac was cold and service was terribly slow. The experience was just ok. Not my normal 10 outta 10. Again it was a holiday but I probably won’t go eat on a holiday there again. I’ll go during reg days. Management did take care of me, which I truly appreciate. But just know that on holidays, not to expect A1 service like usual

We visited Ruth Chris for Thanksgiving dinner. I was suprised to see that the restaurant was busy. The Valet Greeters, Hostess and Servers were all very friendly and accommodating. I had the Turkey dinner that was okay but I dared not judge to harshly since I am used to eating home cooked food for the holidays. My daughter had a steak from the kids menu and it was more than enough for my 11 year old. The Sweet Potato Casserole was the highlight of my meal and the pumpkin cheesecake was good. I appreciated the sever offering me a different appetizer when she saw I did not eat much of the soup. Overall great experience. I do not know why it has taken me so long to revisit Ruth Chris but I plan to make it a usual spot for steak dinners.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner. They made us all wait 45 minutes to be seated past our reserved time. Then, when they tried to seat us, they were going to place us a the first table where everyone walks by - when there were many others available. So we ended up just sitting in the bar! The server in the bar was fabulous and the food was very good. Luckily one of the managers finally came over and apologized for the wait and comp'd our appetizer. Someone at the table next to us had their very young child who they entertained by having them watch videos on their phone...with the volume up! Really!? Just seems like the restaurant has turned into something more casual that people feel it's ok to go to in their sweats outfits rather than the nice "fancy dinner out at a nice steakhouse" experience that it used to be.

Thanksgiving lunch was a fabulous experience at Ruth’s Chris 👍 Food was excellent, turkey was the star of the day, it was succulent and moist , the best I ever tasted. We also ordered the Chef Choice Steak with lobster prix fixe which was well delivered. Our server Austin was very cheerful, attentive and prompt in his service…overall it was a fantastic dining experience.

The waiter was horrible. This was my second time having him as a waiter and honestly he sucks. I come here so much and spend my hard earned money and the service sucks. I will be going to the Ft. Worth location from now on.

Service was fantastic. Wait and management staff made effort to get to know us. Personal attention was great. But, and this is not a criticism of the restaurant at all/-we were amazed and disappointed in the number of patrons who were dressed (or rather undressed) in attire totally unsuitable and disrespectful of a fine restaurant.
