    The food was good, the service was a little Laking. the server at the table next to us was very attentive. our server would walk by and ask us if we needed anything and would not stop and wait for our answer. we came there for our anniversary and because of our previous visits there. no our previous visits the server was very attentive and acknowledge our special occasion. I was not satisfied with our services at all.

    Food as always is delicious. The setting was calm and peaceful. Would definitely go back to this location.

    It was awful. The food was terrible and took FOREVER to come out. Service was awful. Would not recommend to anyone. Spent all afternoon bummed that we wasted money.

    The whole evening was amazing. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The drinks and food came out super fast and the waiting time wasn’t long at all

    This was the second time dining at Ruth's Chris. We were celebrating out 4th wedding anniversary and we were totally pleased with the food, service and all aspects of the service. The hostesses, the waiters, Conner and Jim were excellent and tended to all of our dining needs. The food was fantastic, and the restaurant manager checked on us twice to ensure our experience was going well. My wife's martini was a bit off, but she enjoyed everything else.

    I felt for the cost, the experience was subpar. Spending $600 for so many things that wasn’t great, I could have gone to Texas Roadhouse. I never write bad reviews and partially it can be due to outside life things as well. Went for my brothers birthday. They did not bring it up. They stated the dessert we paid for was on the house for his birthday. Just not true. We went to sit at the bar while we wait, and it took 15 to get recognized and there was only 10 customers. The bartender seemed new so no big deal on that. The steak wasn’t special. We got the tomahawk and I had a better one at halls and the hallow. It just felt like salt, pepper and butter. Don’t get me wrong better than the chains, but I don’t know if worth the cost Don’t really get the super hot plate. Is that supposed to be an ambiance thing. Seems like a safety hazard. Positives: apps and side were delicious. Size of sides were smaller than halls for the same price which I didn’t like. All the side felt like half sides size (at halls) but I paid full price. Truthfully, I wouldn’t go back on my dime. Front desk staff were super nice. The servers were nice but they were more the stay out your way type.

    The food was very good top of the line. We have been to many RC but this particular one in Columbia our server was not engaged or seemed to want to be there or acknowledge the occasion we was there for never filled up water, charged us for mineral water we did not like/want . Our waiter made experience horrible we won’t be back to this particular one . Everyone else had great customer service they engaged spoke communicated more than our server . As we looked around other servers were engaged with guest we felt very unwelcome with our server which made for not good experience especially being a Ruth Chris establishment that’s usually not how waiters treat their guests

    Had a nice evening. Waiter was ok, nothing to write home about. I gave the restaurant a heads up that my wife and zip were celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary and another member of our group was celebrating her birthday. Ruth's Chris gave us a nice note congratulating our 60th. That was it. No bubbly, no desert, no nothing. In the future we will celebrate milestones at Hall's or somewhere similar. Major disappointment. As the saying goes, you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. Our friends had not been to a Ruth's Chris before. I don't think they will be going back.
