I reserved here because it's more upscale than most lunch restaurants locally (tablecloths, quiet atmosphere). The chicken sandwich and hamburger were very good and a reasonable value. It was brought as soon as cooked, so still hot. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful, but she was somewhat overwhelmed by the four large parties that came in behind us for lunch.

Restaurant was late to open, which was surprising. The feel was like they were still prepping to serve instead of being ready to serve. Food was good. Waiter was a bit condescending, although he was a bit aloof to his tone. If we tell you we've been here before, believe us. I wasn't really feeling the lunch menu. Some cheaper options, but would have faired better with the dinner menu choices. Not a totally off day for this Ruth Chris, but definitely not my favorite. A higher standard of service is expected with the price.

They mixed up our checks the forgot about one of my friends meals and they also spilled drink on my menu and I know it’s accidents but by closing time everyone should well aware of everything that needs to get done and the amount of time space it should happen between.

Well honey this experience was more than epic. Let's see how my 1st experience was. Let's get started, when you first walked in we are greeted by a hostess. I had to ask to repeat herself because she kept mumbling. About the third try, she spoke louder so I understood, she asked if we wanted a cocktail and wine menu. The restaurant is very clean and in order, that WOWed me. From the silverware to the napkin placement was what was expected and they hit the mark. This wins my first star. Our waiter Kai, had great energy. Based off his demeanor, i knew he was going to be awesome. He gave amazing drink choices and great food options. Kai definitely wins my 2nd star. Our 3rd star goes to the drinks. Ruth Chris Bartender did not slack on the alcohol in the drinks. We ordered the Strawberry rosemary cosmo (changed from the Raspberry Rosemary cosmo) and the hibiscus lemon drop martini. Both were made perfect mixed with the right amount of alcohol and flavor. Food time! The food was more than I expected. It was made to perfection from the moist lamb chops to the perfectly seasoned steak the chef did not leave any crumbs. The lobster mac and cheese added a great touch to the meal. The garlic mash potatoes, let's just say I had better. It wasn't what I thought it would be. That was the only thing that I was disappointed with. The portion size of each of the sides is a lot. You can definitely share with the table. Definitely gave the food our 4th star. The highlight of the night was the dessert. Kai personalized the dessert and I was well worth it. If you are in the columbia area, make sure you stop by Ruth Chris and check out their establishment. And don't forget to ask for Kai he will def make you come back!!

Every thing from the wine, the ossobucco ravioli (fabulous) to the beef filets (excellent and cooked personally) side of creamed spinach and finally desserts (a special taste of a few) was outstanding. Our server, Ken, was such a pleasure to talk to. Try loved every minute! Thanks Ken and staff! ❤️

The restaurant was immaculate. The food was well prepared and packed full of flavor. Our server Ken was amazing and polite. He really went above and beyond to help make my girlfriends birthday a special occasion! Everything was perfect, right down to the birthday confetti they put on the table! Would definitely recommend a visit here and we will most definitely be back!
