    It took our server awhile to initially come and speak to us. The food was good but the service could’ve been better.

    I honestly expected better from this place. It’s not like the food is cheap. It is on the higher cost level for food so would have like to have had a better experience. My family and I frequent here for all of our special occasions. We visited 9/24/2024 and here were some things that were not great in our experience: the bread was frozen in the center, my daughter had hair in her stuffed chicken (they did replace it but we had to wait 25 extra minutes for the replacement), my husband wanted to see if he could get a burger we were told by our waitress that she would check with management and I guess we got our answer when they brought him out the stuffed chicken instead of the burger, the restaurant is freezing cold which makes it quite uncomfortable. The service was good overall and they did try to accommodate us for the mishaps. Maybe it was not the best night for them. They were pretty busy.

    We had a wonderful birthday celebration for my daughter and I. don’t think we have ever had such amazing service. Ken our server was so kind and made our birthday lunch super special. We have dined at Ruth Chris many times over the years but this location and Ken made it our best experience thus far. Thank you!

    This was probably the worst meal we’ve had at a Ruth’s Chris. My steak and my husbands steak were both over cooked. I did ask for another steak, which they did bring, but, my husband decided to eat his. My second steak was also over cooked, but, the rest of the table had finished their meals, and I did not want to complain again. The Ruth’s Chris in Charlotte NC is one of our favorite places to eat, so, I hate that this location wasn’t nearly as good.

    Wrong orders brought out for 4 of the 8 entrees. Took 20 minutes to get addressed at which point the others finished. Worst Ruth Chris ever.
