    Ordered the Porterhouse with table side preparation for mother’s birthday. Steak arrived already cut from the bone and sliced - not table side. Staff plated without saying anything or showing which were the different cuts - we were not even sure the beef came from the bone. Not shown the bone just sat the plate down and walked off. Absolutely no table side preparation apart from plating and the food runner had no idea what was filet and what was strip once he sat it down. Manager came out and said “sorry that’s not how it should be, they cut it to ensure the proper temperature”. In 30+ years of eating at white tablecloth steak houses, including Ruth’s Chris, hands down the worse experience. Simply “oh well sorry we messed that up but enjoy the meal” mentality. Again no proof that my cuts of meat, which were not very flavorful actually came off the bone on the plate. Three pcs of meat per person is unlikely to have been 40 oz (weight per the menu). Our waiter, while nice, came by to apologize and said he would “take care of us” which ultimately meant a free dessert that we did not want, yet I was charged full price for the meal. While a sign at the front door stated “no hats allowed”, t-shirts were allowed by the staff for customers. Not a white tablecloth experience. Definitely not returning.

While the presentation you received of your porterhouse is our standard preparation, I do apologize that the serving team did not properly serve it to the table, with an explanation of the steak itself & its cuts. You are more than welcome to request for it to be cut tableside if you prefer, as we try our best to accommodate any & all guest requests. Again, I apologize for the confusion & that there was not more sincerity demonstrated in response to your concerns.     Great food and fantastic service for my wife’s birthday dinner! Alysea was a wonderful server, very helpful and always made sure we had what we needed. Ruth’s Chris always has the best servers, and Alysea definitely is one of the best!

    Our waiter Jordan was absolutely fantastic. He made us feel welcome the first minute we walked in until we left. The food was terrific, although a little pricey. The atmosphere was amazing and so was the music. We recommend Ruth Chris to all our friends.

    We were there for our Anniversary. When we arrived we found our table decorated and a congratulatory card signed by the staff. The food was excellent and our waiter Matt was outstanding and helped to make the evening very special!

    Over all the experience was fair. Their calamari is delicious!!! Steaks honestly were average. The cowboy ribeye we ordered was a little tough (gristle) which surprised me for it being a ribeye. Seasoning was good. Gumbo was ok, flavor is a cross between gumbo and a beef stew. . Service was very good and atmosphere was ok. Background music was a little loud. Not worth the price.
