Service was terrible. Clueless wait staff Decor of restaurant was very old and tired. Not consistent with other Ruth’s Chris locations.

Great Service by Dawn however, I ordered the lamb cops and they were undercooked. Also the dress code was not enforced as I aspected it to be.

Our experience was exceptional from the beginning to the end. Our waiter gave us excellent customer service and even treated me and my husband dessert for our anniversary.

Steaks were not a prime quality. Husband had gristle in his steak and had to cut off quite a bit that was inedible. Chopped salad had the most bitter lettuce that I’ve ever eaten. I always order this salad at other Ruth’s and this one had few similarities to the others. Creamed spinach our fav was nothing like it should be. Watery, bland and basically inedible. The only food thing about the visit was Dexter our waiter.

Amazing experience, from the service from Kimberly provided to the food being superb, we were happy! Only issue that we experienced was a rambunctious group at a table that clearly had one too many drinks. They knocked over the tray as our doggie bag was being prepared but the server graciously made up for it. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.

ordered off the Prix Fixe menu 3 courses for $76 -had ceasar salad, filet and shrimp with mashed potatoes, and cheesecake. Honestly one of the best meals I ever had. We also had a bottle of wine $52. So check total was about $200 before tip. This seemed reasonable for such a high end restaurant.

We had a great evening at the Ruth Chris bar. Andrea and Belinda where are waiters and they both were excellent. I know that Ruth Chris is known for their amazing steaks. However, their stuffed chicken is my favorite.

I was expecting more. My wife and I went to Ruth Chris last night before the Maxwell concert at StateFarm arena. The main reason we went is because I've heard great things about the Cowboy Ribeye Steak. The funny thing is everything but the steak was great. Let me give credit where credit is due. The crabcake, the asparagus, the lobster mac n cheese and our drinks were great. Also, Alexia (our server) was really on top of things. But ... once again, I asked for my steak medium well but I got it medium burnt. The manager did offer to have them re-cook it but I was rushing to the concert so I had the decline. The manager did take off the sides from my bill, but in my opinion, GREAT customer service would have been to remove the steak from the bill. I'm a believer in 2nd chances, so Ruth Chris ... I will be back soon. And when I come back, my Cowboy Ribeye better be everything that I'm expecting and then some. Take care.
