The service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive. The tables were a little close together as our individual chairs were bumped into by other patrons’ chairs. Maybe they inserted a table or two to maximize space? Our salads were good and the Brussel sprouts and potatoes au gratin were great but my wife and I both thought our Filets were overcooked(we ordered med rare). They were still good, but we have had better there. It was New Year’s Eve and they were busy, i am positive it will be better next time we go.

Waiter Kyle was outstanding and prompt. Wife’s salmon was excellent, my NY strip was a perfect medium rare but tough compared to prime cuts I prepare at home. Would return but order the fillet.

Food is always consistently good. All the food and the mixed drinks were perfect. The only negative thing I could say is they say us by a larger party and they were loud. Probably should've asked to move.

We’ve enjoyed Ruth’s Chris for many years. We were celebrating 2 birthdays. My sons have always liked the BBQ Shrimp appetizer. They said the Spicy Shrimp appetizer was excellent as well. We were glad to see they brought the French Onion soup back. Our filet mignons were cooked perfectly. We also enjoyed the Creme brûlée and cheesecake. Clark was a great server. Very pleasant and attentive. Overall another great dinner. We’ll be back.

Excellent dining experience. Alex and the rest of the wait staff were very attentive and courteous, while the management team made several visits to our table to check on us. The main event - the meal - was on time, perfectly cooked and delicious! Ruth’s Chris is one of our favorite restaurants and certainly one that never disappoints!

On such a special night for my family, we waited 30 min to be seated for a reserved table for 4 then we finally get our table, ordered drinks and appetizers, drinks came 15 minutes after then 30 minutes after still no appetizer, I mentioned to the server that it's been 30 min but in the end after 55 minutes I got the manager's attention which she rushed to bring us 1 of the 3 appetizers on a dirty plate and of course we were done waiting by that time, she was nice and apologetic that something went wrong in the kitchen and offered to wait to package the food, we accepted her offer and waited in the car, she was very nice again, we got home and opened the boxes and realized it's half cooked and missing the appetizer. The whole experience was ruined on such a special night and this is our 5th time to visit the same location which was great last year.

Food was excellent. Service was awful. We were a party of 8 people, and one steak was over cooked and the other didn’t receive his food until everyone else was finished. After all that no courtesy was given and an 18% tip was built into the bill. Doubt I will go back

Fabulous as always!!! The champagne and seafood tower are top notch. You can’t beat it. My kids absolutely love the filet mignon and sweet potato casserole, and you can’t be ending every meal with the cheesecake.!
