    Just wanted a night of pampering. No better place to get it. The filet and crab cakes were top of the line. The server was on spot. Management was great, too. Everyone makes you feel this is your day. Love this place.

    A very special place to celebrate an occasion. Excellent service, waiters knowledgeable and efficient. Both my husband and I felt we’d had better steaks however.

    We came here to celebrate our fifth wedding anniversary! Everyone was so nice and so pleasant and helpful! And even surprised us with a dessert at the end! It was a wonderful experience!

    My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The staff was beyond expectations as were our cocktails and dinners. No one does surf and turf quite like Ruth’s Chris. Fabulous!

    Unfortunately we had to send a steak back. My daughter ordered a ribeye medium rare and it came out blue. All other steaks to temp.

    The food is always exceptional, and this time was as expected. We were given a quiet corner to enjoy our celebrations. Aiden was a lovely and attentive wait person, and the support for all service was well done.

    I recently hosted a team dinner here, and while the overall experience was positive, there were a few key issues. The ambiance was great, and most of our group enjoyed the food. However, a couple of problems stood out. Dirty dishes were left stacked on our table for an extended period, despite multiple requests for them to be cleared, which was a bit frustrating. One of the dinners, ordered medium rare, came out well done. It was sent back without acknowledgment, and by the time the replacement arrived, most of our party had already finished eating. Typically, a manager would check in after such an issue, but unfortunately, no follow-up was made. Lastly, the bananas in the Bananas Foster were under-ripe, making them chewy and hard to enjoy in that particular dish. Overall, the experience was decent, but attention to these details would greatly improve it.

    Our table location was just what I had requested - perfect! Given that there was only one other table with customers in our area, the service was unusually slow - we arrived at 6pm and didn't get our checks until 8:30; we enjyed the time spent together, but this was a bit much. Most disappointing was the lobster - while there were two tails, one of them was very "mushy", not firm like it should be. The butteer for the lobster was great as were the steaks and fish dishes other members of the family enjoyed. Having dined here in the past, it was somewhat of a disappointment - not the "5" we generally rate Ruth Chris.
