    From the hostess to the servers, everyone was incredibly professional and welcoming. I've dined at many restaurants in my life, but the experience I had at this one was truly magical. The food was simply outstanding!

    Exceptional personalized service and attention. A first class operation and people that simply remember us from previous visits from the GM , Dining Captains and our personal waiter. It is rare to find that quality elsewhere in the city.

    I wouldn’t go again or recommend service was too over bearing with constant interruptions for no reason . I was the host I had to ask for a fork two others had to ask for steak knives as the butter knife’s on the table didn’t work too well on steak. TBH. It was the worst experience ever in a restaurent.

    First time coming to Ruth's Chris Steak House and came to Calgary to try it. Service from reception to our waiter was outstanding and accommodating. Food was excellent! Would recommend anyone to try it.

    Lovely evening, highly recommended. Helpful server suggested top-notch red wine to go with my steak, reasonably priced, much appreciated. All appetizers first class, not too large. We ordered steaks, perfectly cooked (MR), tender and flavorful, served on hot plates. Sides nicely done. Shared crème brulèe - yum! A great steak house. Comfortable seating, noise level not too loud, so we could talk.

    I haven’t been to Ruth Chris since it opened and I don’t have a great experience so we’ve never returned. We took friends out for dinner last weekend and I was blown away, everything was awesome! We’ll definitely be back.

    We had a lovely evening of exceptional service and food. They accommodated my gluten sensitivity expertly. Can’t wait to go back!

    We were forgotten about or missed when we first sat down (it was busy and understandable). Informed the GM (Matt I believe) and he was quick to resolve and help us out while they sorted out our server. Waiter was great (Adam) and the service was perfect after that. As a customer, I think it’s important to remember that service people don’t want to give bad service and nobody is perfect; be patient and give people an opportunity to get the situation back on the rails.
