This was such a fun dining experience especially for my mom’s birthday, it was simply amazing! The staff were all so lovely and the food was just chef’s kiss. Thank to Renee and Tyler for being such sweet servers, their welcoming and fun attitude really set the tone for a fabulous dinner. Definitely will be sure to return. Thank you all again!

We are regulars at The Capital Grille, which we consider Boca Raton's best steakhouse. However, we wanted to try Ruth's Chris since our last visit there was over 20 years ago. What a disappointment from the moment we entered. Not sure if there is a dress code but there should be. There were several men dressed in dirty Fruit of the Loom white undershirts and board shorts. I'm sorry but that is not proper attire for a steakhouse on a Saturday night. Looking around the dining room I noticed many empty tables. I would soon know why. My waiter took our drink order and said his assistant would bring water and bread. The water arrived but we never received any bread. We ordered our main dishes, an 8 ounce Lobster tail and the Salmon and Shrimp dish with a side of brussels sprouts. It couldn't have been more than 10 minutes and the meals were served. Obviously nothing was prepared fresh. The Lobster Tail was served all by itself and barely fit on the small plate. Horrible presentation. The Salmon came with two shrimps. The waiter didn't offer so I had to cut the Lobster tail out of the shell. The shell then sat on a plate on the table throughout the whole meal. It was never taken away. I am used to having a dish of drawn butter over a flame when I order Lobster Tails. Ruth's Chris serves a tiny white dish with some melted butter. The Lobster was chewy and squishy definitely not fresh or prepared to order. The Salmon was tasteless and also tasted like it was prepared earlier and heated up. We took half of it home but threw it in the trash. We would definitely not return here and suggest that with so many fine steak houses in Boca Raton you avoid this place. To sum it up based on ambiance, food quality and service this is at best a poor man's steakhouse! My advice is to SKIP IT

Couple of things that will be memorable: Waiter called us by name. I like that. My cocktail was wrong but I didn’t say anything because the one that was brought was actually very good, but I also hate waste, and it would have been thrown out. Families with young children: don’t bring your kids and their iPad at max volume to a restaurant like this. Save it for chic-fil-a and get a sitter. I don’t want to hear blues clues while dining. My wife’s filet was cooked properly(rare), but was very tough to cut. That should have been the first red flag. The second was the look on her face when she tasted it- the meat was spoiled. Back to the waste comment above, but this time they changed it out - and I got the pleasure of enjoying my meal while she just sat there watching. I was finished by the time hers came out. I get that things happen from time to time, even in fancier restaurants. It doesn’t change the disappointment factor though. The Service was decent, considering.

Love this Ruth Chris. John always provides the BEST service. We had one issue with the meal (first time ever) but management MORE than took care of it. This is our Ruth’s Chris and won’t be going anywhere else!

Food is consistent. I have the petite filet with a lobster tail. Cooked to perfection. Service and food is always amazing, Russ is an exceptional server, we are always blessed to get him. One of our favorite places to dine.

I love Ruth Chris…this experience was a miss. We were celebrating my sister’s 40th birthday. Our entree took close to an hour to arrive despite a fairly empty restaurant. We were sitting next to family with an extremely loud child. Not what I expected for Ruth Chris standards typically. We were visiting for the weekend from DC.

The food quality is not worth the price. It seemed the food was mass produced. The mashed potatoes, tuna and other appetizers didn’t have much flavor, the lobster tails were extremely small and the restaurant didn’t have whole lobsters for the center of the table. The dessert -crème brûlée was absolutely old and tasteless. I won’t be going back anytime soon as there are other options in the surrounding area.

Expensive! Food is way overpriced. Staff however were friendly and attentive. Nice experience overall just be prepared to over pay.
