    The steak was well cooked. The spicy salmon and shrimp was delicious. Our server was attentive.

    I’ve been to many Ruth Chris but this one I would avoid coming back to. My reservation was for outdoor but was seated in the bar area. I chose not to say anything only because the night got chilly but my request wasn’t acknowledged. Our server was also the bartender. She forgot our drinks and basically everything else. The 1 star is for one of the waiters (I wish I remembered his name to give him some credit) and the manager who actually helped/served us. This particular waiter actually made our drinks and the manager served it for us. The manager also got our appetizer and checked in on our entrees which came shortly after. This is why I believe our order was never inputted because patrons who came after us were served first. The food was good but the bad service was a turn off.

    The manager tried to fix the problem with my under cooked steak but they are a steak house that specializes in steak they need to be more consistent. Also the place use to be Casual or dress wear now you can just go in jeans and a t shirt. We need better standards for the price we pay just saying.
