Food as always was outstanding. Our waiter, Erik, did a phenomenal job explaining to us our options. We will definitely be back again. Kudos to Erik and the entire staff.

The food was good but we had to wait 10 minutes before a waiter came over and I flagged him down. Once he waited on us, he was very good.

Great service Will and Elijah were awesome. Ribeyes were cooked perfectly.

I always enjoy my meal at Ruth's Chris. I ordered the 11oz filet medium rare +. It came out more on the medium end of things but it still tasted great. The server did ask if everything was cooked to our liking and I didn't say anything because it was absolutely fine and didn't change my opinion of the taste of the steak. We did order 3 sides, the mushrooms, lobster Mac n cheese and creamed spinach. I will say that these came out cooler than room temperature. They were not warm or hot at all. They still tasted just fine but it would have been nice for them to be warm at least. But, nonetheless, we had a very good meal!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at our very favorite restaurant. We just love Ruth Chris Asheville. Great waiters. Great food. Always ask for Cody and Elijah…..they did excellent job. Superior service!!!!!

THE most disappointing experience ever! It was our 16 wedding anniversary and we always enjoy sitting in the bar area. The bartender came and took our drink order afterwards asking us if we wanted to order, after we said yes and he just walked away like he didn't hear us. After 10 minutes or so we flagged him down and put in our order and he asked us if we wanted bread, we had to ask HIM later because he forgot. I'm sorry he delivered it, it was cold and crappy, some of the worst bread we’ve ever had. We asked for our salads without dressing and the salads came with dressing so we had to send them back. After the undressed salads were delivered we had to ask for silverware. Now our entree arrives and our Salmon is fishy. I ended up eating a lot of my salmon with a spoon after asking for a fork and it not being brought to our table. This was a terrible experience. To top it off in regards to our anniversary, last year we went to Eddie V's they had rose petals all over our table and an anniversary card and the manager came to welcome us and say happy anniversary. Ruth Chris on the other hand did NOTHING. As we were leaving the hostesses asked us how everything was, my husband told her it was terrible and they actually laughed! Never never again will we go to another Ruth Chris Steakhouse. The other thing I’ll add was this was 4pm and not busy at all.

We normally go to the Ruth-Cris in Ocean City Maryland. This location was as charming and fun. The food was perfect and the service was exceptional! I would highly recommend this Location to everyone!
