I have been to Ruth Chris many times over the years. Food was always on point and the service was excellent. This year the turkey was dry and the service was slow. I ordered a non alcoholic beverage it took over 20 minutes to arrive. My aunt ordered a glass of wine it never arrived. I asked for a kids cup of water it was never brought so I asked for a straw instead. We asked for boxes it took over 15 minutes to get. Overall our server checked on us one time after the food arrived which it also took forever to get to the table, and no the restaurant wasn’t busy because we were the last reservation.

The food tasty and the service was good. The take away bag was a nice touch.

Food and service were outstanding as usual. However my wife and I this visit were relegated to a tiny two topper in a back corner. Don’t know why. We are frequent diners at this particular location. My wife at least had a partial outside view of the building next door. I however spent the entire meal staring at a wall directly behind her. The restaurant was busy so I’ll give them that. Worst table ever. They really should consider eliminating it altogether as I can’t imagine anyone enjoying being seated there.

As always we had a wonderful time and meal this Thanksgiving at Ruth's Chris in Arlington VA and appreciate the excellent service we get from our favorite waiter Teddy he along with the staff and bartenders in the bar area our amazing ... also appreciate the manager stopped by as well.

Issa has been my server for my last two trips, both in November of '24 and he's been phenomenal both times. He provided amazing service both times. My first trip, I received a couple of items that weren't prepared correctly and he quickly handled it with ease. This time, we had no issues with food, we had a table of 4 and every appetizer and dish was exquisitely prepared.

Food as always is impeccable. Service was great except for an employee named Neil who we asked for something and he blatantly ignored us but went directly to the couple next to us and provided excellent service. The atmosphere has been changing a lot lately. I thought there was a dress code but apparently it's not a strict one. Hoodies, sweatshirts, sneakers, women with their whole bare bottom out. It made us what to leave immediately. Reinforce the dress code please.
