    The cocktails, wine, filet and sweet potato casserole were perfection as always. Service was a little slower and less attentive than usual and the hostess forgot about us after we had checked in early for our reservation. Maybe they were short staffed?

    The food and service was outstanding! However the fight that broke out in the bar that resulted in the police being called was unfortunate and unexpected. The staff handled it exceptionally well.

    Dining at Ruth Chris's establishment was top tier from checking in to being greeted and seated by the hostess and our fabulous server. “Thank you”. Our server Issa provided us with outstanding customer service, caring, polite, and super friendly. He made sure that our time eating at RC was delightful while enjoying the divine and tasteful food. The restaurant had soft lighting that was sophisticated and intimate the ambiance was perfect for the birthday celebration of my husband.

    I have been to Ruth Chris many times over the years. Food was always on point and the service was excellent. This year the turkey was dry and the service was slow. I ordered a non alcoholic beverage it took over 20 minutes to arrive. My aunt ordered a glass of wine it never arrived. I asked for a kids cup of water it was never brought so I asked for a straw instead. We asked for boxes it took over 15 minutes to get. Overall our server checked on us one time after the food arrived which it also took forever to get to the table, and no the restaurant wasn’t busy because we were the last reservation.

    Food and service were outstanding as usual. However my wife and I this visit were relegated to a tiny two topper in a back corner. Don’t know why. We are frequent diners at this particular location. My wife at least had a partial outside view of the building next door. I however spent the entire meal staring at a wall directly behind her. The restaurant was busy so I’ll give them that. Worst table ever. They really should consider eliminating it altogether as I can’t imagine anyone enjoying being seated there.

    As always we had a wonderful time and meal this Thanksgiving at Ruth's Chris in Arlington VA and appreciate the excellent service we get from our favorite waiter Teddy he along with the staff and bartenders in the bar area our amazing ... also appreciate the manager stopped by as well.

    Issa has been my server for my last two trips, both in November of '24 and he's been phenomenal both times. He provided amazing service both times. My first trip, I received a couple of items that weren't prepared correctly and he quickly handled it with ease. This time, we had no issues with food, we had a table of 4 and every appetizer and dish was exquisitely prepared.
