    My friend and I went out to celebrate my upcoming birthday and the ambiance was nice, our table had been sprinkled with birthday confetti - it was super cute. We ordered bbq shrimp, ribeye, stuffed chicken breast, Au gratin, garlic mashed potatoes, and sweet potato casserole…we both love potatoes and laughed at the fact that we’d ordered three types when the waiter walked away. Unlike times past, our sides were weren’t great. The au gratin was runny with a layer of cheese over the top, and the sweet potato casserole was over cooked- including the topping that was charred. I was shocked that it was even delivered to the table in that shape. The meats were perfectly cooked and the garlic mash were heavenly. The waiter showed our sides to the manager and he later came out to apologize and ordered me a free dessert and my friend another drink. They of course removed the sides from the bill and the manager brought me a birthday card with a $50 gift card. He apologized profusely for ruining my bday dinner. So although not a great experience this time, it won’t deter me from trying this location again - we usually go to Tyson’s.

    Ask for a table by the window. Such a beautiful view of the DMV. I’m a picky person and I would say everything that I ate was delicious.

    It's always a treat eating at this location of Ruth's Chris! Our server, Kevin, took amazing care of us, very attentive but not overbearing. Our steaks were cooked perfectly for each guest and the lobster mac n cheese was delicious! We truly appreciated the outstanding service and food we received at Ruth's Chris in Arlington.

    Teddy our server was amazing! He went over and beyond for my husband and I. Definitely would visit this location again and request him if he’s at work.

    We finally celebrated our seventh Anniversary, it's been a hard month for us, and we were able to get away to Celebrate us. The folks at Ruth Chris were amazing from Brian, the Server turned Acting Manager to Jim our Server, we we treated wonderfully. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was quiet and elegant and the view of the airport was beautiful. Thank you for a Great Evening.

    We love this restaurant. We always come for special occasions just like this last time. However, we were seated in the bar area for dinner and it was a bit noisy. Although we were seated exactly where I wanted, by the window to see the airport and the Potomac River, it was still a bit noisy for me and my spouse. Altogether we still had a great time and meal. My ribeye was delicious.

    Our server Issa was excellent and made our birthday celebration special. We will request him the next time we make a reservation. The food was also exceptional and we will make plans to come back soon. Thank you!

    My wife and I enjoyed our time at Ruth’s Chris! The ambience, the food, the conversation, our server Mike, everything was great as we celebrated our wedding anniversary here on the east coast for the first time!!! We will definitely be back. Not to mention the gentleman Brian, who shared his life with us and ensured we were taken care of. 10/10 ⭐️

    Waitress seemed preoccupied with other tables. Had to ask for water. Waitress didn't ask if we wanted anything from the bar. Filet was perfect. Crab cakes were nothing special. Brussel Sprouts were not of the standard we usually expect at Ruth's Chris. Waitress took the order and never returned until we asked for the bill. Took 10 minutes to get the bill after asking, took 20 minutes to return to get it. Menu looked very worn with drink page missing. Use to brag about this place. We won't be back. Certainly not what you're expecting when you pay over $200 for 2. What a disappointing experience.
