    From everything I've hear about Ruths Chris, I was very unimpressed with this place. It was my wife and mines first wedding anniversary, and I asked for my wife to be spoiled. we had to ask several times to see our waiter or ask someone for something needed. we rarely saw people to help or check on us. for steaks being their specialty.... I was very disappointed. I've had better steaks at a Texas roadhouse. I feel this place is just because of the hype. I'm glad my wife and I had a chance to try this place. It will definitely be a one and done for us.

    Our server was great. We were able to be in a room upstairs all by ourselves. The quality of the meal was exactly as expected.

    Our 7th or 8th visit over the past few years, and it wasn't one of our better experiences. First, we didn't get our usual table downstairs near the fireplace, which is large and private, but that's OK. The four-seat table where we were seated was a bit small, though, as we always order multiple side dishes and there just wasn't enough room when our entrees were served. The noise level wasn't bad - we were upstairs so it didn't get crowded until late. Our salads were great. Our entrees were good but not the best we've had. Not enough seasoning on my wife's crab cake or the rest of the table's beef. Our server was nice and did his best, but when we ordered the French Press, we were disappointed that we didn't get them served in the usual pot. And my favorite dessert, the peanut butter pie (which I was eagerly looking forward to), has been removed from the menu. The chocolate sin cake was very good, though. So overall, it was still a fine evening, but this foursome has very high standards for RCSH at this point, and they were not quite met this visit.

    Our server seemed to disappear after the entrees we're served. Coffee and the dessert menu for those who didn't order the prix fixed wasn't offered.

    I been to this restaurant before so I was excited, but when we got there, we wasn’t greeted so we went upstairs to see where do we sit and then we got taken down stairs like we’re in the wrong place so the table wasn’t even ready because we wanted the roses on the table was his birthday the food was great and I know at the end of the meal you supposed to get a little dessert with happy birthday on it We never got it, which was highly upset so we had to order a crème brûlée and it was good, but the experience was not what we expected. I wasn’t happy. He wasn’t happy but the end of the day the food was great. Just need better service and make sure there’s host next…

    I had the petite filet mignon: it was cooked to perfection! I had creamy spinach with a glass of wine. Everything was delicious. Our server Michelle was excellent! I will be back!!
