Usually the experience is amazing here. The wine event dinner was a difference case all together. We were crammed into a room and the noise was so loud you couldn't hear the people at your own dinner. the wine host that was there to explain about Caymus wines did nothing. She sat down the whole time and ate and drank like a patron. She played a video for 2 minutes and turned it off because it was so noisy no one could hear it. Food quality was good as usual but the event was dampered by the low quality of the event overall it was not worth the price at all. If you're going to Ruth Chris Steakhouse just our for dinner on your own don't attend one of these specialty events.

The Caymus dinner was a disaster in my opinion and those that we sat with. Noise level was intense. We were not served the amuse buche at all. Coffee and tea were not offered with dessert though it was part of the cost. The wine rep did not explain any of the wines to the group. This was so poorly managed for such a prestigious brand that I won't do another wine dinner at Ruth's Chris. Sorry. We really like you but this was a huge miss.

Nicole was amazing. She was very attentive to all of us but especially to my daughter. My mother enjoyed the entire experience on her first visit. Thank you for helping to make her 76th birthday one for the books.

Had a very nice meal here. Came for the first time this past Saturday at 5pm. Andrew, our server was very nice and professional. The filet was outstanding and the sweet potato casserole was legit the best I’ve ever had! Only setback was the scalloped potatoes came out cold and our party notified Andrew and he put them under the broiler for a few minutes, but when they returned to the table they were watery, but he removed them from the tab, and that was appreciated! Ambiance was very nice and quiet. Will return here again for a special occasion meal for sure!

Wife and I both had steaks and they were fantastic. Also ordered the sweet potato casserole with pecan topping which was also delicious.
