Food tasted great as always. We just waited nearly an hour for our food with nothing offered to make up for it. Waiter was great though and tried to make up for it but, I guess management didn’t approve. Lol. All good. Will return one day, soon.

We love coming here for birthdays and anniversaries. Our favorite thing is the seafood tower. We’ve never had an issue with the seafood tower until last night. Some of the shellfish were too frozen. It was like eating ice. The service is 5 stars though. The manager comped 2 of our appetizers and one alcoholic drink. He also gave us his business card and said that our next seafood tower was on the house. So we appreciated the service due to our disappointing seafood tower. I believe in quality service and they delivered that for us last night. Our waiter Loren was amazing and the manager Ryan was very attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend eating here for special occasions. Thank you Ruth’s Chris Anaheim.

I expected to a very amazing experience but it was fair. Our courses, the service and the price were fine. A good restaurant but not as amazing as I expected.

Amazing service and food. My companion and I wanted a delicious and relaxing dinner and we couldn’t have been more pleased.

OMG!! Absolutely incredible experience….BESt dinner this decade…the food was cooked to perfection and the service was on point! The appetizers are amazing and the sides were just as good. Teri our server was extremely polite and on her game!!!

I love going to Ruth Chris in Anaheim specifically. However this last experience was a terrible one, I called earlier in the day because I wanted to originally just pick up my meal to go. The stuffed chicken was not available online unfortunately due to it being a busy weekend, but I was ensured they had them at the restaurant if I decided to dine in. So I kept my reservation and went. I love the filet as well however I had a set plan of what we were going to order considering me & my wife have been quite often and at this point I prefer the chicken to anything else. So we arrive, we’re seated, we get ready to order and there is no chicken available, or the au gratin (which we were excited to try for the first time). I did appreciate our very generous waiter who tried to accommodate us with a free alcoholic beverage and continued to check on us. So we settle for ordering a filet, mushrooms, and the mac n cheese. Then as we are getting our meal, we were disappointed to hear they were also out of the mac n cheese. I was honestly so upset at that point. Majority of my experiences at this restaurant have been amazing, I was just seriously frustrated when they had nothing we had originally planned to get. & I called to make sure, because we live about 50 minutes from this location, but the last time was not worth it.
