    We still prefer Ruths Chris for special occassions: best steaks, best served at uber hot temps best service... in this case Roselle good wine list good sides good cocktails good bartender easy, quiet location.

    We took our family to dinner on Sunday at five. We are one of three customers. The waiter staff appeared to be new personally trained. Since the birthday, we nor the like a service and had fun. If I was Routh Chris’s shut down the restaurant on Sundays when we left about 7 PM. There was only two customers.

    Food was outstanding - The best meal I have had at any Ruth's Chris, if not the best meal at any restaurant, period. But the service.. Particularly from the "busser" who brought out our courses: Waiting for us to move our plates and glasses so he could set down items - Dropping utensils when clearing - And tipping over our son's steak dish when serving so that around half of the melted butter and seasonings landed on the table (not far from landing in his lap). Expect more from a $300 plus experience..

    It was our anniversary dinner we had reservations and the table was set nicely. the server was attentive and the food was great. My only complain was at the end of the meal it took 30 minutes to check us out. They were having issues with the card machine and we had to wait for them to resolve. We were ready to get to the hotel and relax but we were waiting and then they billed us wrong and had to wait for adjustments. It took too much time after that as the assistant manager didn’t know how to process. It was upsetting and spoiled our night. Ruth Chris your better than this we even emailed the manager and no response. Corporate step up and please take care of this issue.

    We love Ruth’s Chris! The food is always fantastic, service is excellent and celebrations are always special there. Our steaks were cooked to perfection the first time. Highly recommend the filet and the NY strip. Their brussel sprouts are wonderful and the bread pudding is to die for!

    Our server, I think his name was Nike, was great. We always have the best Steak in Georgia when we come here. It was a very enjoyable Anniversary Dinner and we will continue to patronize Ruth’s Chris for years to come.

    Ruths Chris is always a place for great food. Me and the group were disappointed in the extremely slow service. There was only like 5 tables being served and we had to wait on every step of the ordering process.
