   Isabelle always makes up feel special. She is the best hostess, server, ambassador for Silvertip. We love the music is low so we can visit. The wood burning fireplace such a nice touch on a morning with snowfall. Idealic stop in the mountains.

   Isabelle as always took excellent care of us and made some great suggestions. The Rustica Cesar Salad definitely best in Canmore as were the Scallops Appie. Two of us had the Elk Tomahawk which were juicy and cooked perfectly. And Two had Ribeye’s also very good. Our friends were in the wine business and thought the prices & selection were incredibly good value. The crackling fireplace adds a beautiful ambiance to an already lovely atmosphere. As usual Isabelle made the evening fun ! See you soon !

   Another amazing dining experience at rustica. Whenever we come to rustica, we always get Stephanie to serve us. Her recommendations on food and wine are amazing and her presence and amazing service our world class. We ordered the fondue to start, which is some of the best fondue I’ve ever had in my life and followed by the Tomahawk, which was outstanding as well. Do yourself a favour and sit near the crackling fire! Steph and Isabelle the heart of the restaurant will look after you. Until next time Rustica thank you again

   It's always a pleasure to dine in a great restaurant, with an outstanding view especially when celebrating a special occasion, such as a wedding anniversary. To make the evening more memorable with having a charming and gracious server... Isabel, who made the night more memorable with the extra touches she did during the service. Thanks to all the Staff at Rustica, looking forward to our Anniversary next year

   Always excellent, Food, ambience and service were terrific. Isabel is an amazing server and chef is A1. Silvertip and Rustica always surpass expectations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   We went for our Valentine's supper and ordered the Valentine 6-course special. All the food was very good and the environment was very romantic and quiet enough that we could talk to each other with no issues all meal. My one complaint is the cost of all the nonalcoholic drinks that they offer is $14 and up. This is the only restaurant that I have been in where I could buy some of their bears for less money than their nonalcoholic drink specials. In my opinion, this makes no sense. The purpose of the nonalcoholic specials is to give the DD something fun to drink but when they are more expensive than the beer it makes it a little hard to purchase.

   Good food, well trained staff. We went there on a very busy long weekend and the service was kept to their high standard.

   We were happy with the food, but the way we were treated was not very pleasant. We had two different groups seated beside us (very very close to us) when the whole rest of the restaurant was wide open and the groups did not even have their water yet and asked to move because they were so close. It did not make our party feel very welcome at all. Not sure why they were even seated next to us when so many other tables were open. Due to the way the hostess planned out seating did not make us feel comfortable when people asked to go to another table. The staff seemed very  awkward as well.

    What can I say about our amazing dinner, I'm not sure if words can cover how great it was. From the attentive 5 star service, to the perfectly paired 6 course dinner, and to top it off if we weren't stuffed by this point, take home cookies and chocolate covered tuxedo strawberries!!
