We had a lovely dinner at Ruscellos. We booked a 7:00 pm reservations and it felt a bit rushed because as we were served our dinner, we were told “kitchen is closing, if you want anything else or dessert, gotta order now.”

A lovely lunch, good food and great service! I made a reservation for 3:15pm and we had no wait. Fast service which was great!

Love coming here. My favorite item on the menu is the Honey Dijon Cobb with Panko chicken.

I would like to say thank you to the manager. She was so gracious in expressing why my request for the table 57, 58 cannot be given. I know the rules and it’s just a request with no assurances. I guess my request is always given except today. I wanted to walk out but it he manager gave us good options and was so kind and parity me. Thank you.

Took us a bit to find the restaurant inside the Nordstrom store but it was worth it. The food was very good including the lemon ricotta cookie we shared for dessert.

Our server Tracy was outstanding even with my grumpy 8 year old. My other daughter devoured our appetizer and her adult plate of pasta. I ordered the chefs special of beef ragu and cheese tortellini and it was not good. It was old grisly steak chunks in a sauce that was clearly not ragu which is typically a wine sauce cooked over low heat for a long period of time. My entree was not good. Everything else was great.
