Located in the center of town, directly opposite Payette Lake, Rupert's has wonderful views from the patio and dining room.

We chose 2 regularly appearing menu items, the pork chop and market steak and both were as excellent as ever. One of the reasons that we love Rupert is that it is always reliable.

One of our favorite restaurants in town and we again were not disappointed The service with Nola was superb, the food was exceptional and the restaurant on a Monday night was electric Still one of our favorites

Had the shrimp scampi apple and a great Caesar salad. The Cosmo was very good. It was a busy night and the area was a bit noisy. We will definitely be back.

Love the location and ambience of Rupert's, plus their staff is very attentive and good. However, I do have to say I was disappointed in the meals we had at our table. Two of us had the fresh/market fish which was King Salmon. The salmon was prepared medium which was great, plus it was flavorful, however the sides that came with this dish were not good at all. The artichoke dip smear was cold and unappealing plus the quinoa salad was more of a green salad with a little bit of quinoa sprinkled over it- not what I think of when offered a quinoa salad. The other members at our table had the steak entree (the $40-something one) which was mostly prepared to order. Both came medium instead of one medium and one medium-rare. The steaks were flavorful but thin and the potato patty that came with it had a gluey/gummy texture that was off-putting. For the price one pays, I would expect better side dishes and thicker steaks. Probably won't eat there again, at least for a while.

The menu is short but everything is delicious. Check the specials they are generally worth it! Very creative cuisine mixing influences in a nice way. Will certainly come back.

We love Rupert in McCall. However, on this particular evening, my husband and I were a little offset by the rudeness of the entire staff, except for one young male bartender. Our waiter Zack could’ve cared less about us and made that pretty clear. The food was delicious. Disappointing experience.
