We had a wonderful dinner! The ambiance was tranquil. The furniture and accessories are all stunning . Food was delicious and beautiful presented. Sitting near the pond we got to watch the fish and enjoy the waterfall.

Went with a friend. Had shrimp cocktail which was tasty. The ceasar salad was authentic and good, then had really good french onion soup and lobster bisque which were both very good. Main entree was linguine del mar which my friend loved and i had a seafood trio which was also very good. Service was great

We saved this for our last night of vacation. The restaurant is beautiful. Unfortunately the food was very mediocre. The service was also very average for the type of restaurant. The pricing is way too high for the quality of food.

Absolutely spectacular restaurant. The resort is beautiful, service was excellent, food was incredible. Our party of eight had everything from seafood to ribeyes to chicken. It was all delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Some of the best food on the island People avoid thinking it’s overpriced hotel food They’re wrong. Kids menus is cheap and vast and the food overall is much better than 90% of the local restaurants on the island. I’ve been coming here 50 years and had avoided the Hyatt for the past 10 because of a previous “typical” experience. The food, decor, service and overall experience is MUCH improved. Don’t miss!

Last night’s dinner was a mostly enjoyable experience, with a few highs and lows. The appetizers were excellent, especially the cold grilled octopus, which was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere was a highlight—intimate and romantic, making it an ideal spot for couples looking for a special night out. However, the main course was a letdown. The seabass entree was bland and lacked seasoning, which was disappointing compared to the high standards set by other dishes. Having had better seafood at other properties on the island, this dish didn’t quite meet expectations. Overall, a great place for ambiance and starters, but the main course needs improvement. Would return, but might explore different entree options next time.
