Limited service. Waitress was too busy to wait on us. Would not recommend. We will not return. Poor value for the money.

We always love the service we receive at Rugby Grille. The service and food presentation help make dining here a wonderful experience. And the food is always delicious.

We have been loyal patrons of Rugby Grill for many years, always enjoying the excellent service and delicious food that befits a Forbes five-star restaurant. However, our recent visit with family was disappointing and did not meet the high standards we have come to expect. Firstly, our server spilled hot coffee on our sunglasses(a few times). While mistakes happen, it was an unfortunate start to our meal. Moreover, the food we received was very cold, including the fries. When we requested new fries and French toast, the fries we got were clearly refried rather than freshly made. This is unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. Additionally, the server who brought the French toast placed the plate on the side of the table instead of in front of us, which felt unprofessional. Throughout our meal, we had to repeatedly ask for coffee refills, as the server did not bring them proactively. Overall, this experience was far below the standard we expect from a place like this.

Really enjoyed our meal with friends. Food very flavorful and generous portions. Service was very good too. Definitely will go back soon!!!!

First and foremost our server Usama was polite, professional and attentive. The french onion soup was tasty, arriving at a very hot temperature- which I prefer. The crab cakes seemed "bready", somewhat dry. The chilean sea bass was a bit rubbery. Hubby's steak was prepared to his preferred temp. Risotti w/asparagus was delicious. Again, service above average. Loved the ambiance. Plan on returning.

I took friends for lunch for their birthdays. Lunch was good but no-one told me that they no longer gave birthday cakes. I was shocked when they charged me $15.00 for a pice of birthday cake. They should have told me ahead ahead of time they no longer gave that cake free of charge. I would still come to lunch but I would not order birthday cakes.
