The food was some of the best I’ve eaten! The whole experience was first class. We are definitely coming back. Thank you for making our whole dining experience a pleasure. I had the filet and lobster and my wife had the stuffed snapper. The bread and plantain’s were so good also. I had to have the bread pudding for dessert and I’ve eaten at a lot of places all over the US and abroad and this is the best. Thank you for a wonderful evening

This was our second visit… the first being about 4 years ago. This was our best dining experience of the week! Amazing food and great service. We will be back!

Wonderful as always! A special birthday treat each year and today Paco sang Happy Birthday to me! Pollo Sabroso and Crème Brûlée Cheesecake were amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our formal dinner on the first night of our anniversary getaway. Jose and servers assisting were attentive, but unobtrusive. Manhattans were drier than most due to inclusion of dry vermouth. Complimentary plantain chips and dips were a good South American start. Generous serving of ceviche brought back memories of Mexico with strong lime. Shrimp cocktail was four good-sized perfect shrimp. Pargo (what we call huachinango) entrees were great: grilled with green cilantro cream on the side, and baked with lemon garlic (maybe a little salty). My glass of Peregrine sauvignon blanc was the perfect wine. The chocolate cake with ice cream and a couple of espressos--who could ask for more!

Always exceptional seafood with great service. We live in Wyoming but any time we are close to Galveston we always eat at Rudy and Paco.

Always the best restaurant experience. The food is remarkable and the service is second to none. Paco keeps a watchful eye and so does Andy to make sure everything is above expected. Treat yourself and pay them a visit!

Ambiance was very pleasant. Food and service were excellent. We tried several items recommended by our waiter which were delicious. Noise level was such that you could carry on a conversation with your dinner companions. Highly recommend for a special dinner!
