Been several times with same friend. He gets the same meal with a special request which wasn’t honored. Our original server didn’t pay much attention to Us but were helped by other servers. Hoping it was a one tone mess up.

Food and presentation were excellent. Noise level deafening. Unable to have conversation. Street fair was occurring, street noise. I have eaten here a number of times before and this visit was an unusual occurrence. ☹️

Great dinner at Rubys last night. Got oysters and soft shell crab- love that they have a nice selection of west coast oysters. Burger my son got was also outstanding and the fries were yummy and perfectly salted.

Not the sane old Rubys of the past years. Somehow Cathey have slipped a bit. A little careless in the kitchen . Our hamburger was not even close to medium rare, mostly well done . The fries were not fresh sitting around under a heat lamp. TY h he r shrimp capellini was perfectly done except the shrimps were overcooked We will be back as this has been one of our go to places for what seems forever. Hopefully this evening was an anomaly

Very disappointing. We’ve always loved Rubys, great atmosphere, especially if outside or near the windows. I always get the mussels which were not great. Daughter ordered hers with pasta. At first there was no pasta, then they brought plain unappealing pasta on the side. I had to find the waitress who was busy on her phone to ask her to please have mussels put on pasta. It was a fairly slow night no reason not to have better service.

Have eaten brunch here twice in three weeks, including on the Saturday before Father’s Day. Restaurant is well run and reliable. Menus has many selections, all well priced. Will keep coming back.
