Sinegal Estate is a family-owned historic 30-acre property based Napa Valley’s St. Helena AVA. The site was originally known as the Inglewood Estate, with the first vines planted by Alton Williams acquired in 1881. The estate has passed through four different families, with Jim and David Sinegal marking the fifth to own it after purchasing it in 2013. Since then, the estate has been focused on integrating innovation and technology into winemaking, including building a state-of-the-art winery that ensures total precision. The team’s commitment to quality is born out of the culmination of 1,403 precisely-taken steps. Sinegal is committed to the relentless pursuit of quality from the vineyard to the cellar.

Excellent as always. We were given menus wishing us a happy anniversary which was a nice touch. Our server was fantastic. Everything was top notch.

Everything was amazing but one side Mac and cheese had bacon topped and removed or something because it had a strong bacon flavor compared to the other ordered which had a completely different flavor. We we assured no bacon was added but there was a distinct flavor and some people attending couldn’t eat bacon for religious matter. Everyone in the party tried it and was able to tell. Restaurant offered to switch it but I was just disappointed this happened at a restaurant of this caliber. I would have liked someone to try it so they could tell I wasn’t lying but they just offered to replace it. I could just tell it killed the mods of my Muslim friends who cannot eat pork. Other than that everything was amazing. The king crab appetizer was one of the best things I’ve ever had.

The food and service was excellent. We never had to ask for anything, always someone to assist. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable.

We ordered the 10 and 8 oz. Filets cooked medium well. Both steaks were the exact same size and burnt and dry. The 3rd cut of meat bone in filet was good. Nothing compare to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse meat which arrives on a sizzling hot dish. Our steaks and sides were barely warm and not good. Whipped potatoes bland, rosemary fries cold and not worth eating. The Brussel sprouts were good. You have to pay for bread when the prices are high. We are willing to pay for a pricey steakhouse meal if it’s delicious. This was not. Our server was not attentive. We would not return.
