Sinegal Estate is a family-owned historic 30-acre property based Napa Valley’s St. Helena AVA. The site was originally known as the Inglewood Estate, with the first vines planted by Alton Williams acquired in 1881. The estate has passed through four different families, with Jim and David Sinegal marking the fifth to own it after purchasing it in 2013. Since then, the estate has been focused on integrating innovation and technology into winemaking, including building a state-of-the-art winery that ensures total precision. The team’s commitment to quality is born out of the culmination of 1,403 precisely-taken steps. Sinegal is committed to the relentless pursuit of quality from the vineyard to the cellar.

It was just good. First they didn’t bring to your table even a slice of bread, then I asked for the Bone in New York Wagyu medium rare and it was cooked medium plus. The best of all was the baked potato with black truffle, don’t miss it.

The overall experience was good. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and we had to wait 40mins to be seated. I am not sure what the point of reservations are if people still have to wait that long to be seated. We ordered the wagyu burger, which was really good, also got the side of bacon Mac n cheese, I didn’t enjoy that at all. We were given a complimentary order of the thick cut bacon that was delicious. The house rolls were really good too.
