Brought my friend here for his 70th birthday. Everything was perfect. The food was delicious. The service was great. The price was good too. I did not have the price frix meal bit my friend did... He enjoyed it very much. I had the tuna appetizer was very clean and fresh. The Ceaser salad , every piece of lettuce was properly dressed. The sea bass entree was large and fresh and tasty. The berries with cream and a cappuccino ended the perfect meal. I will return, this was my first time here and I have been to most of the steakhouses in LI and NYC. Excellent night

3rd time here and food/service are both consistently excellent. Many choices on Long Island for steaks but this is by far among the best!

Our party of six enjoyed our experience at your Sunday brunch. We loved the selection of foods including breakfast items (fresh to order omelets, waffles and pancakes). Enjoyed the bagel and lox!!! Suggest that bagels should be precut in half. The lobsters and shrimp were great. The skirt steak and prime rib were delicious as was the creamed spinach and potatoes. The dessert offerings were good. A suggestion would be to crust the crème brûlée (thin out the pudding too) and consider thinning out the chocolate mousse which was too dense. But overall a wonderful meal!!!!

We had an 11:30am reservation for brunch today to celebrate a milestone. It had been about a year since we last visited Rothmann’s. First thing we noticed was how crowded it was. So crowded, that we weren’t seated until 5 minutes after our reservation (that’s never happened before, we’ve been to Sunday brunch easily a dozen times). The food was still excellent. I wish to be clear on that. We were seated in the upstairs platform past the seafood table and I am sad to say that the service was lacking there. After we ordered our initial drinks and were told we could go eat, it was like we were invisible. The waiter seemed like he was scrambling to service every table. I was without a knife and napkin for most of the meal. Old plates sat on the table. We were never approached about a second drink. It was impossible to get drawn butter for our lobster. Frankly, we were never approached about anything; I had to flag down someone whenever we needed anything including getting the check. This was very disappointing and unlike past experiences. I told a gentleman wearing a blazer on our way out and he thanked me for letting him know. He should have apologized instead. I don’t know if/when we’ll be back. This was not up to our expectations.

The food was amazing and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive without being intrusive. The ambiance also added to the experience, creating a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed lunch or a special celebration, this restaurant is a fantastic choice.

Always excellent! We celebrated my son's 21st birthday with porterhouse, tomahawk, salmon and sushi, amazing! The wait staff is so attentive and courteous.

The early-week fixed price special is our favorite. Appetizer/main/dessert for a reasonable price and all are normal portions. We both had filet which was perfectly cooked and delish. Our appetizers were great, as were our sides and dessert. Service was attentive but not pushy. All in all, a great go-to steakhouse without the typical overwhelming noise and bruhahah.

The food and service were excellent. A little decoration for the season would be nice but all in all it is a beautiful restaurant. The food and drinks are very pricy but for an occasional splurge this is a great place to go.
