Oceanfront Restaurant Rooney vous propose une expérience culinaire spéciale depuis 1995, et bénéficie d'un emplacement unique sur la célèbre New Jersey Shore à Long Branch. Very disappointing, the carving stations where very sad. Only had 2 types of stuffed meats and a very tiny piece of sesame pork. Seafood stations, not a large variety like in the past and the shrimp were very small at raw bar. Definitely the best part were the desserts. Biggest variety and quality of the desserts were very good. Overall expensive for the selection and quality of food. Lack of food selections was so tiny. This was a big disappointed and will not be going back or recommending to others.

Had a reservation for 10 - staff were excellent from the hostess desk to the wait staff. First time for brunch, the servers were courteous and friendly. They explained the menu and layout. We were never rushed, we ordered with server - food came out hot and timely. The food was excellent with choices a picky eater would find refreshing. The raw bar, & sushi were a hit with my party. The many other choices were spot on - do try the lobster Mac a Rooney - so creamy good!!! The ambience was excellent with the view of the water making it even better. At $55 per head may seem kind of expensive, but after seeing what you get food wise & service IT IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE!! Thank you to Rooney’s staff for making my family outing that much better. Scott took great care of our table. We joined for Sunday Brunch and he explained the entire menu, location of the stations, kept our drinks and plates refreshed and checked in frequently. The entire staff was friendly, and all the food was fresh, displayed beautifully, clean stations, and delicious options. Everything from the Sushi and Raw Bar was clean, not fishy, cold and fresh. We were celebrating a birthday and mentioned it with our reservation; the staff surprised us with a birthday card and a beautiful dessert assortment that was presented on a board with Happy Birthday sprinkled in powdered sugar with a candle - we didn't expect it and were so pleasantly surprised by the personal touch. The dining room was well spaced, did not feel crowded and the stations were fully stocked regardless of how many people were in the restaurant. We cannot wait to go again, and once more would like to thank our server Scott, he was super nice and attentive - thank you!

Best Sunday Brunch EVER. Service, food, setting, EVERYTHING. Rooney’s has mastered the balance between ordering off the menu with grazing for your favorite brunch items. I love options, and I had them all at Rooney’s brunch. Choices include omelette, bennies, pancakes, sushi, raw bar, ROONEY’S POTATOES (definitely try them), salads, meat, eggs, bacon, sausage, fish, desserts galore, chocolate fountain… whatever I was in the mood for was somewhere among the offerings. The mimosas that are included were exactly to my liking. Minimal juice with lots of sparkling wine. Optional upgrades are very much appreciated. The Rooney’s Bloody Mary was amazing! The servers worked so well together and were constantly moving through the dining area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Appetizers of fried calamari and oysters were terrific. margarita was very good. Lobsters were excellent.Server Joe was great. His recommendations and attentiveness was super.

Wonderful food and location. Have to cut back how often we go, but hopefully we can make it happen for the foreseeable future.
