It’s winter in Providence and we’re keeping cozy on the Rooftop at the Providence G. With its perch seven stories up in the center of downtown, enjoy enclosed, heated dining, or the open air fireside experience and live music at our restaurant & lounge.

Featuring an insulated glass rooftop, fire pits and private lounges, it is possible to enjoy city skylines and starry nights throughout the year.

Private Firepit Experience
Plusieurs dates disponibles
Private Firepit Dining (8-12 people) Enjoy your own private firepit on the Rooftop Friday and Saturday late nights. Private fire pits can be reserved for 6-15 people by meeting a $55 per person food and beverage minimum (up to 8 guests). For groups between 9-15 guests a $500 food and beverage minimum spend will need to be met. Guests must be over 21 years of age nightly after 9pm. In the event of inclement weather, if you have booked an outdoor table, we recommend you rebook your reservation to another date. Due to a limited number of indoor seats, we may not be able to accommodate your outside reservation.

Treat yourself, or your guest of honor to a Birthday Experience on the Rooftop! Celebrating an upcoming birthday for yourself, family member or friend? Enjoy the Rooftop’s Birthday Experience, a new celebratory add-on package to your existing reservation for dinner and/or drinks. Make a birthday celebration extra special with dessert (guests can choose off the dessert menu), a show-stopping sparkler candle and sparkling wine toast. Our full menu is available for ordering in addition to this add-on.
Fire Pit Seating
Plusieurs dates disponibles
General fire pit seating can be reserved for 2-4 people by meeting a $55 per person food and beverage minimum on Fridays & Saturdays until the kitchen closes at 11pm. All firepit seating is limited to 2 hours per reservation. Guests must be over 21 years of age nightly after 9pm. Minimums for shared firepits are waived Sunday through Thursday, still with the exception of (guaranteed) Private Firepit experiences, in which the minimum spend still applies. In the event of inclement weather, if you have booked an outdoor table, we recommend you rebook your reservation to another date. Due to a limited number of indoor seats, we may not be able to accommodate your outside reservation.

Atmosphere was great. Waitstaff was pleasant but forgot to put in the rest of our order. She did however put two glasses of wine on her. Calamari was delicious but lacked on the amount of peppers and the portion was very small. Brussel sprouts were delicious and was a very large portion. Margarita pizza was delicious.

Went to the Rooftop at the G for our anniversary and for dinner before a show at the PPAC. Our server, Treasure, was wonderful, she greeted us with two complimentary flutes of champagne for our anniversary and provided excellent service throughout. We ordered littlenecks and oysters to start and then a couple of appetizers each for our meals. The menu is relatively limited but our food was very good. It was raining, so the atmosphere was pleasant but very loud with everyone inside and we were seated right next to a corporate function that took up half the restaurant. This was a bit distracting but we could definitely tell that the place would have a great vibe on a nicer night and the outside areas looked like they’d be a lot of fun in better weather.

The service was incredible and everything was fairly priced. First time there for all 9 of us and we will definately be back! Sloane was our server and she was on top of her game. Thank you Rooftop at Providence G for an incredibly rememberable experience!

Our favorite place to go before PPAC. Food is great, John, the manager always makes sure that everything is to the guests liking. Our server was personable, efficient and attentive. Great place.

View and atmosphere was amazing. Food was just ok. Table was in solarium but it was a very windy night and it was beside big open doors to outside roof. They closed them as we were ending our meal so wish we had either picked a table away from doors or asked them if they could have closed them. Be prepared for weather conditions.

Our waiter Tyler was excellent. I had the Margharita Pizza and my husband had the burger....meh! It's a city view from the rooftop...nothing breathtaking

Came in to celebrate my Birthday with some friend and family and was blown away by the hospitality shown by Sloane and the entire rooftop staff. The drinks were amazing and food came out quickly! But most importantly the service was impeccable! Could not speak more highly Rooftop!
