Wonderful place. Food was hot and delicious. All the meat was seasoned perfectly! Very fun and energetic dining experience.

The only down side for me is my preference for well done meats. Outside of fewer meat choices for my issue it was fantastic.

Great food. My issue is that the website has a deal on Monday nights but the server charge me full price even after I asked and she said she would check with the manager.

We have been here twice and both times we have made reservations but it seems that reservations don’t mean anything. We have had to wait an hour the 1st time and this time we waiting 30 mins.

Food was amazing as always, however we asked for a desert to take home and when we opened it up it was half the size that they served in the restaurant. 11.00 for half the size was dissatisfied

For the price and experience I would only say it was OK, some of the meat was well done when I asked for medium, a lot of the beef was rather tough, the tritip was very good and juicy. Most of the salads I tried were very good. For the price I probably wouldn’t go back.

Check in host was not very hospitable or friendly. The meat servers were coming through often and pleasant and wasn’t too much trouble asking for extra. The quality of meat was mediocre at best, very fatty or stringy cuts of meat and pork/chicken was dry. The salad bar was well stocked with plenty of choice and the coconut coleslaw was delicious. Very pricy, for mediocre food quality and service.

I've been to this Rodizio location numerous times. Most often, it's very good. This past Saturday afternoon however was less than pleasant. The food was excellent. The people bringing the food to the tables did a great job. There were really no gaps there. The issue I had was with the server. The one that checks on you, checking on your drinks, etc. I'm not a soda drinker so I had water. Our server never came by to check on us. My water was gone and nothing. Finally, since my back was to the main walkway, my friend that I was dining with flagged down the server asking for water. She came back a minute later and filled my glass with nearly room temperature water. There was no ice left in my glass and there was no ice in the pitcher she poured from. Fine, at least I have water. Then, when we were finished, after our indicator was in the "we're finished" position, it took us to flag our server down to get their attention. The thing is, they were not very busy, so it was a little difficult to understand the lack of attention. Then, when we got our check back with the credit card, the server had mixed ours up with the table next to us. We got that card and bill and vice versa. Then we noticed that she mixed up the bills as well. She went to "fix" it and came back and gave us the wrong credit card again! The folks at the table next to us were very nice and we figured it out, but still not convinced that we were charged correctly so we will need to log into the card account and see if it's correct. So in short, the food was amazing, the people bringing the food were great. The service, not so much.

Not worth what they are charging for the meals. I was hoping for a better dining experience but unfortunately it was not worth our time and money.
