We arrived early to our reservations. They greeted us with smile and sat us as soon as possible. The waitress did a great job explaining how the salad bar and meat selections worked. We enjoyed the salad bar and then turned our table device to green. The meats arrived promptly, extraordinarily cooked, and continued until we tuned our table piece to red. Such a great selection of meats including lamb. It was a wonderful night. The staff even sang happy birthday to guests celebrating their birthday. Great place!

I think it was a little pricey. I was hoping there was going to be more salad bars and availability of foods

I've been here before a few times and have always been satisfied! Sadly, this last time my son and I went, on his bday, and he want even acknowledged when mentioned or put on reservation, plus a lot of the items were dry, which saddened me. So, I wasn't impressed this time around.

This whole experience was very disappointing. The hostess and our server were both very unfriendly and unwelcoming, the salad bar didn’t begin to live up to the hype on the website, and the red meat was all mostly tough and overdone. The gauchos on the other hand, were very warm and friendly and quite fun. But we won’t go back again. Definitely not money well spent.

I feel the value is not there.... I am not a fan of the small cuts per time. I think I just prefer to order a dish ... this is not my thing.

They need a new hostess! She was extremely rude and condescending! Our family almost walked out of there as soon as I walked up to the hostess stand. Didn’t get her name but she had those gauged ears, big black holes for earrings. Rodizo please do better with your front end reception- if you want to attract customers, not turn them off. Sorry but I will not return here.
