My husband and I had an early dinner at Rocco’s Tacos on Valentine’s Day. We were happy to get one of the 3 tables on the outdoor balcony overlooking the park. Lucky we had reservations! We shared the chili relleno appetizer to start - large pepper with lightly fried crispy coating stuffed with cheese. My husband ordered the Cobb salad and I had the taco salad. Both were generously sized with fresh crisp lettuce. The Cobb was topped with grilled chicken, a sliced hard boiled egg, corn, grated cheese, tomatoes, black beans and pico de gallo. The taco salad was served in a crispy shell (some of which I ate!) and included spicy ground beef, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream. Delicious - best taco salad I have had! Amy provided professional and friendly service throughout. The food and service exceeded our expectations for such a large, energetic and busy restaurant with large bar.

The food was great however, the music was so loud we could not visit. The service was slow and disengaged.

Waiter hit me in the eye with hot sauce by accident, he handled it well and was great but the manager was very disrespectful and didn’t care about the issue at all and did nothing about it. Our waiter took it into his hands to give us a drink on him.

Amazing time as usual! Fantastic food, drinks and ambience! We brought friends who were visiting and as usual they loved everything!

Service was bad. Mother in laws food came with chicken and she’s a vegetarian. Took forever to get her cheese quesadillas brought to her. (The rest of us were done eating) Server brought the bill and wanted us to pay on the hand held machine. Bill said $160. When we said we were paying in cash and wanted a paper copy of the bill, she was apprehensive to bring us the check. Once she brought it, the bill was actually $143. Huh? Why was it $160 on the handheld and then a different price on paper? Very disappointed that there was no communication and that we almost paid the extra $17. Why would we have been charged so much more? We came for my son’s bday and cancelled the dessert we ordered because our server disappeared for so long. Overall terrible experience. We won’t be back.

Highly suggest a reservation! The restaurant was pretty full. The service was great, the food is good, and there is a lively atmosphere inside and outside of the restaurant.
