Le Roaring Fork concocte une audacieuse cuisine américaine au feu de bois dans une atmosphère agréable. Tous les jours, vous pourrez déguster un souper à partir de 17h00 et un happy hour dans le bar-salon de 16h00 à 19h00. Aucune réservation n'est possible pour le happy hour. Le bar-salon est toujours accessible. Le Roaring Fork sert également le dîner du lundi au vendredi dès 11h00. Les réservations sont recommandées pour le dîner et le souper. L'établissement espère vous recevoir bientôt !

Dinner was good. Lamb fondue app was the best. My gf loved her ribeye.

The saving grace of our night was the green chili pork stew. Otherwise it was a disappointment all the way around. Service was very slow, our tomahawk steak was dry, tough and chewy with little flavor. When we returned it, we were offered another meal but opted for another stew. Then we were offered dessert, but after a significant wait we asked for the check because we had to leave to make a show. 2 hour dinner and we didn’t even get the chance to take dessert to go. We’ve enjoyed roaring fork in the past, but will not be returning.

Steaks and lamb fondue were amazing! Nice place and easy to get to all the other evenings activities

Came for an early dinner, post Valentine’s Day. The food was delicious! Service was attentive and all the staff we encountered were very kind. My finance ordered the pork tenderloin which was delicious, however it seemed the portion was a bit small. My pork chop was delicious and portioned well. The valet parking is listed as $10 on here, however it is $20, which is a little deceiving. Overall we had a good experience and would come back!

Husband and I enjoyed our visit. Waitstaff was great, food was good and the ambiance was nice. We will be back.

Great night out on Valentine’s before a show at the Paramount. Food was delicious & reasonably priced. Drinks were solid. Desserts rounded out the evening. Our server was so personable & helped make great recommendations!! It was a fabulous dinner! Great choice!

We had an afternoon Valentine's dinner and it was great! The scene was lively but the noise level very low because of carpet, tablecloths and acoustic ceilings. Very romantic with roses on the tables. Food was delicious and well presented. Dessert did not disappoint and my husband found a new favorite Zinfandel!
