"Since opening in 2012 Rizotto Italian Eatery in Amherst has truly become local entrepreneur Michael Rizzo’s signature restaurant. Rizzo’s fifth restaurant in Western New York offers an casual dining experience with a menu that features a wide array of items including fresh seafood dishes, fine cuts of beef and traditional Italian pasta. A trendy Antipasto bar offers the perfect prelude to any meal. Guests can choose from a variety of items including roasted and grilled vegetables, specialty meats and cheeses, and several hot items such as homemade sausage, meatballs.

                        Restaurant out of salmon and burgers. Much of menu unavailable. The specialty dessert room was closed or never existed. Waitress was pretty vague and unconcerned about inaccurate website and menu. It seemed to us that restaurant was about to go out of business. Very few customers on a Friday night. Would advise people to look elsewhere for quality dining.

                        Our waitress Hannah was great & the food was excellent. Went to dinner with a friend & we were able to outside & enjoy the beautiful weather!

                        As always a wonderful dining experience. Our waitress Hailey was in top form and we were blessed to meet the host Alex who we will be praying for as he begins his military career at West Point in 3 weeks. God bless you Alex🙏🏻

                        Overall everything was very good especially considering that yesterday was Mother’s Day which is no doubt challenging for the restaurant industry!

                        Had to wait about 15 minutes from our reserved time which allowed us an opportunity to meet Oliver the bartender (best in WNY) and listen to some oldies which were well performed by a singing duo. Definitely our go to restaurant.

                        We loved our experience at Rizzoto’s. My wife had the Buccatini and Meatballs and I had the lasagna. Both were excellent. We were seated promptly and the wait staff was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

                        Always wonderful to eat here - the menu offered for Restaurant Week had innovative combinations and definitely added to the dining experience. The service as usual was excellent and there is always a friendly face to greet customers as well as to make sure the evening was an enjoyable one!
