Selected the restaurant based on the menu they have posted on their website. Unfortunately as an example the calamari appetizer advertised $15 and when we received the menu while sitting in restaurant it stated $24. Basically $1 per calamari ring. All the prices were much higher than advertised on their website. The food and ambiance was prepared well and represented what we expected from the website menu.

Wonderful food! The fresh mozzarella was amazing! The owner made rounds and made sure everything was perfect. Great night.

The food and service were exquisite. The chef/owner frequently walks through the dining room engaging with the clientele ensuring that everything is of the utmost quality. There are a number of items on the menu that will bring me back over and over.

absolutely awful. Actually the most miserable experience I’ve ever had in DC. The food was mediocre and cold. every course took forever. I literally thought the waiter forgot about our order. Everyone in my party hated their meal. There was a loud opera music playing on loop the whole time. It was empty besides 2 other tables on a Friday evening. It was a very strange experience. I came here for a special occasion with family visiting out of town, and it was sad that everyone had such an awful experience.
