Ristorante Del Lago crafts fragrant wood fired pizzas, a selection of meats off the rotisserie, and pasta made fresh in-house daily. The aging room also boasts authentic salumi and formaggio imported straight from Italy. Freshly made cannoli and homemade gelato are the most delightful way to conclude your meal.

Envisioned by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany and inspired by the finest culinary regions of Italy, Ristorante del Lago offers a lively and authentic dining experience at The Broadmoor. An enticing menu of Old World favorites combined with the restaurant’s timeless ambiance offers the ideal setting to dine with friends or making new ones.

The staff were amazing and very attentive. The ambience beautiful. Unfortunately, some of the dishes were sub par. We had to send back one of the dishes as it was inedible. We recommend ordering the straight up Italian/pasta dishes.

Surprisingly, our entrees were our least favorite part of the meal! We loved the antipasti misti and the affogatos that we ordered for dessert. I got the lobster pappardelli, husband got the veal pasta, and we were both underwhelmed. But we would go back for the misti and the desserts!

My husband and I came to The Broadmoor to celebrate our anniversary/baby moon and we're so glad we chose to have dinner at Del Lago. The ambiance was wonderful, the lake view was beautiful, the food was delicious and the service was top tier. Such a nice spot!

Excellent service and the food is wonderful. Fantastic views by the window. My only complaint would be the automatic 20 % service charge added to the bill. I like the ability to control the tip amount.

Phenomenal experience for my wife’s birthday in the main dining room. Staff throughout the restaurant was on point. Food and wine are pricey as expected but prepared exceptionally well. Will definitely be returning.
