Ristorante Del Lago crafts fragrant wood fired pizzas, a selection of meats off the rotisserie, and pasta made fresh in-house daily. The aging room also boasts authentic salumi and formaggio imported straight from Italy. Freshly made cannoli and homemade gelato are the most delightful way to conclude your meal.

Envisioned by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany and inspired by the finest culinary regions of Italy, Ristorante del Lago offers a lively and authentic dining experience at The Broadmoor. An enticing menu of Old World favorites combined with the restaurant’s timeless ambiance offers the ideal setting to dine with friends or making new ones.

We had an amazing experience here for our 25th anniversary dinner. From start to finish, valet to waitress, service was amazing. The food was exceptional, cocktails were delicious and well made, wine pairing was great and the dessert was spectacular! Highly recommend!

Gracie our server was so warm and personable! She made excellent recommendations for what to order and what wine would pair well with it. Then the wine purchaser for the restaurant, Ben came over to chat wine with me and allowed me to taste samples of various wines which was fun. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant and the top notch service. The food speaks for itself! It was superb! I enjoyed every bite but the stuffed pasta with veal and the Branzino were mind blowing!

The restaurant is located in the Broadmoor Hotel. That is just beautiful and the grounds were beautiful. There is free Valet parking if you have a restaurant reservation, which we did. The food is good, but our service was not so good. First waiter introduced himself and then we never saw him again. Two of us ordered salads, one arrived about twenty minutes after the first. Once the main dish arrived, we were just served the dishes and not asked until half done if we needed any parmesan or red pepper flakes. We said, "Yes" and again after quite some time and almost done with our meal the parmesan arrived and no red pepper. The final insult is when the check arrived we were informed of their automatic 20% gratuity already included in the final bill. For the above reasons, we will not be back.

Ristorante Del largo is our favorite restaurant at the Broadmoor. The food was delicious, and we had a leisurely dinner and helpful hints from the Sommelier.

Disappointed. Loud/whiny kids at one table; loud drinkers at another table next to us. Very courteous servers but waiter forgot one order/brought out something NOT ordered; then was slow to bring out the right order--and almost delivered it to the WRONG table. Did the right thing by not charging us for the forgotten order. Very slow to bring out checks so we could pay and leave. This was my birthday so I was quite disappointed. The food was excellent--ordered a spaghettoni with scampi; kale salad and butternut squash/chestnut soup. Great bread sticks; tough Italian bread. (We thought the bread at La Taverne was much better!)

Food was way too expensive for decent Italian. Considering that food prices are better in Las Vegas

We did the special Colorado Appreciation 3 course meal as we usually do and it was great. The Chicken Milanese was absolutely perfect. I did have the Insalata to start and the dressing didn't have much flavor. The dessert was Tiramisu, which was a great portion because they are very generous with the Chicken Milanese. We like to start when there is still light outside so you can see the beautiful Broadmoor lake and then when evening starts, the grounds light up and are magical. A dinner at the Broadmoor is always a special occasion and you feel very well taken care of. The staff is excellent, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Dining on the Broadmoor campus is convenient, but the food is subpar and overpriced. We had this experience at other restaurants on the campus as well.
