Ristorante Del Lago crafts fragrant wood fired pizzas, a selection of meats off the rotisserie, and pasta made fresh in-house daily. The aging room also boasts authentic salumi and formaggio imported straight from Italy. Freshly made cannoli and homemade gelato are the most delightful way to conclude your meal.

Envisioned by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany and inspired by the finest culinary regions of Italy, Ristorante del Lago offers a lively and authentic dining experience at The Broadmoor. An enticing menu of Old World favorites combined with the restaurant’s timeless ambiance offers the ideal setting to dine with friends or making new ones.

Very noisy—hard to have a conversation across the table. Food was good—much what you would expect from the Broadmoor. The bar was closed for a private event and table was not ready when we arrived so we had to leave with nowhere to get a cocktail while we waited (15 -20 min). Service was inconsistent and mgr was a little impertinent when we discussed with him.

Very nice! Food was so tasty and our server Megan is a delight. The property is over the top. It was special to us as my in laws had honeymooned there over 70 years ago... and it was my husband's birthday was that day! So rich in history!

I had the absolute best experience here for my birthday dinner. My friend and I have severe gluten allergies, and I also have nut allergies. I added that note in my reservation and that I was celebrating my birthday. When we got there, the hosts confirmed our diet restrictions and our server even confirmed them again when we were seated. All the pasta and pizza dishes were available gluten free. They even brought us complimentary GF bread! Our server Megan was so sweet and extremely knowledgeable of the ingredients of everything, which really meant a lot to me and my friend. She told us about the GF dessert options, which were INCREDIBLE. And I got mine for free as a birthday treat! I couldn’t have picked a better place for a special occasion. All the staff we encountered were friendly, and the view of the Broadmoor lake was stunning. I would absolutely recommend for anyone with dietary restrictions who want to have an elegant night out.

The Broadmoor is a favorite destination. We love Ristorante Del Lago for breakfast, but not as much for dinner. That was influenced by a very small table near the windows which would have been good but for the tile floors and extremely noisy area. We waited almost 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge us. (So unlike other Broadmoor restaurants). Once our server arrived, however, she was apologetic and very attentive. The meal was very good. We split an excellent Buffalo Mozzarella salad. The Lobster Pappardelle and Swordfish were also good selections. We didn’t linger over wine or consider dessert due to the noise level. We went outside instead and enjoyed a peaceful final cocktail on the patio.

Food & Ambiance great. Food portions have decreased. Sound familiar? Servers were hard to get a hold of. Love this place. Will still go back.
