We went to Castello to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We sat on the patio which was lovely on a nice September evening. John, our waiter, was very nice and funny at times. We shared a nice bottle of Chianti and the bar drinks coming to other tables looked very nice. We shared the crab stuffed mushrooms and my husband had the butternut squash soup, both were delicious appetizers. My husband had the veal Castello with a side of steamed spinach which was very good. I had the seafood medley risotto, which left a bit to be desired (only 2 shrimp, gritty tasting mussels and more of a creamy rice pilaf than risotto). For dessert, we had their carrot cake and chocolate cannolis, both delicious. The service was good until after dessert (too much time spent waiting to pay the bill). And our anniversary was never acknowledged until we brought it up (not sure if anyone there reads the reservation notes in Open Table). All in all, our dining experience was good and we would recommend Castello to others.

We ate outside and it was lovely. Noise level inside is too high. Waiter was excellent. Food was very good.

First time at this restaurant Food was very good along with the service Ryan our waiter was great, very attentive.

Was very disappointed with food. There was no flavor. Service was fabulous. Wouldn't good back.

Our experience was excellent. Everyone was very pleased with their dinners and outstanding waitress. One in our party was on a wheelchair and we were comfortably seated near the door at a lovely table making v it very easy for us to get in and out. We can’t wait to go back !!

Great service from Ryan and good was good as usual. Couple of suggestions - the mushrooms in the crabmeat mushroom app should be precooked a bit so they aren’t so watery when you eat them. Also…add more sauce when serving the halibut which is delicious but needs more sauce. Thanks!
