    First time going to a place like this and very impressed by everything service is very attentive, food is light smooth very memorable. Well worth the money spent can't wait to go back.

    I was surprised by the slow service when we arrived. After an initial greeting, our waiter passed our table 5 times (even after I told him we were ready to order!) and nearly 15 minutes passed before he checked back in to take drink and appetizer orders. When you are paying premium prices for a meal, I expect and hope for exceptional service as part of the experience.

    the food was very good, steaks were tender and flavorful. we sat next to a load group of people so that was not as enjoyable as it could have been. We enjoyed ourselves.

    We’ve been coming to ringside our entire lives - being natives. Some of the new staff are pretty strange - odd behaviors. And the pricing increases are starting to push regulars out.

    First visit and you go in knowing $$$$ not going to be an inexpensive meal either family but the value of what we experienced was priceless!

    Our server, Tyler, was impressive. It was the best experience we’ve had with a server since restaurants opened up after the pandemic. He was extremely polite, personable and attentive. His timing was impeccable. The food is consistently delicious. We are long time Portland residents who recently moved out of state. We make it a point to dine at Ringside whenever we are back in town.

    I have been a customer of the Ringside restaurant for decades. And during those years I had my favorite waiters/waitresses. As time moves forward, retirement comes to many of them. Last night I met my new favorite waiter. While all are very good top-of-the-line servers, I found my next best new server. William. My only wish is that when I go again, I hope a table in his area is available. William, thank you for your recommendation of the Italian red wine for dinner, and the great conversation we had.

    We are not big on steaks, but this is where we dine on them. Also for the top-notch sommelier.
